Just like many other companies, Höegh Eiendom operates a variety of source systems across different business areas. Gradually, however, it has become increasingly necessary to align data across these source systems, resulting in Höegh choosing Profitbase as the supplier of its new data warehouse solution
Tool for complete overview
We assessed a variety of options for consolidating and utilising our core data. Profitbase made a strong impression, and they have previous experience with all the source systems. We have internal access to Profitbase Studio, which allows us to take over the ‘operation’ of the solution ourselves, and to use it as a tool to provide a complete overview of the architecture and the technical structure, relates Gøran Karlsen – Head of Analysis at Höegh Eiendom.
During the start-up phase, Höegh Eiendom will be looking at ways to use the data warehouse to coordinate accounts data from Xledger, detailed forecasts from Bizview and information about properties and leasing conditions from Fenistra. The company also has some information that is not stored in any system, but which they wish to link to data from their various systems
